Known as The Federal Résumé Guru, Cory has over 25 years of
government service – 15 years in HR positions. She has taught
hundreds of federal employees how to write effective resumes, KSAs
and ECQs in order to win interviews. In fact, Cory designed and
facilitates the prestigious Certified Federal Résumé Writer
certification program, instructing Résumé Writers around the country
in the techniques of writing powerful federal applications.
Cory specializes in résumés for both private and
federal sectors. She has a tremendous success rate helping clients
design resumes that get results. She has worked successfully with
entry-level, mid-career and executives seeking employment. Cory is
the creator and instructor for a federal résumé writing
certification program (the Certified Federal Résumé Writer) designed
to instruct current résumé writers in the art of creating federal
resumes that get results.
Cory’s résumés and cover letters have been published

Cory is an active member of Career Directors
International (CDI). She is a judge for the prestigious Toast Of the
Résumé Industry Award (TORI) and is Certification Chair for CDI. She
